Refund policy

1. Product returns

You have a period of 30 days from receipt of your order to return the items.

Return conditions:

  • Packaging Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Information required Please include the following information in the parcel:
    • Full name.
    • E-mail address used for the order.
    • Order number (indicated in the confirmation e-mail).

No justification is required to make a return.

2. Return costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to guarantee receipt of your return.


3. Refund

  • The company has 14 days from the date on which it is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw to refund the consumer (Art. VI.50 §1 para. 1 CDE).
  • However, the company may defer the refund until it has received the goods back, or until the consumer has provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is earlier (Art. VI.50 §3 CDE).

Refund details :

  • In the event of withdrawal, the company shall refund all payments received from the consumer, including delivery costs (Art. VI.50 §1, para. 1 CDE).
  • The amount will be credited to the credit card used when placing your order.
  • You will receive an email notification confirming the refund.

4. Exchanges

If you need a exchange for :

  • A defective product.
  • An item of clothing or a pair of shoes in the wrong size.

We invite you to contact our customer service. We will organise an exchange with you as soon as possible.
